Registration Procedure

Please click here to make the payments. On the page that will open, in left-hand side menu choose first a "Registration Type" and select your registration, e.g. "Full Author Registration". Press "Add to card". If you have to pay for something else, for example postage for visa letter, please press on "Continue Shopping" and then "Home". Then, you can choose other categories, for example "Postage of Visa Letter". When you finish the selection of categories, press "Check out". Note that first the name of the visa holder should be written exactly as it appears on the credit card. On the next page, the name of the participant should be written (if different).

After performing the payment and receiving an automatic receipt, please send an e-mail to with your name, affiliation, e-mail, and paper(s) for which you paid. If you paid for extra pages, or postage of visa letters, please indicate this as well.

Additional copies of the proceedings as well as banquet tickets for accompanying persons will be available for purchasing.

The full registration fee includes:
  • Access to the workshop sessions
  • A copy of the proceedings in which your paper is published
  • Conference materials
  • Banquet
  • Social event
  • Refreshments during the workshop breaks
Note that the payments will be done online by MasterCard and Visa credit cards. It is not necessary that the name of the participant and the credit card holder be the same - somebody else may pay for you. If you need to make the payment in an alternative way, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you need a visa to enter the USA, click here to download a sample letter for visa purposes in MS Word format. (Alternatively here you can download it in pdf format.) Note that this letter (called further a "visa letter") is only an official notification of acceptance of your paper. We do not know what the visa issuance process is, neither we can guarantee that you will be issued a visa.

Please use the sample letter to fill up your name, affiliation, address and the title of your paper. Capitalize your last name (family name, surname). Send it in attachment to Write "Visa letter request" in the subject. State the e-mail/postal address/fax number to which the letter should be sent and specify your preferred way of sending it. (Note the options and the fees below.) We will verify the information, print it on headed paper, and send it to you according to the mailing method you have chosen.

Visa letters will only be issued to:
  • Speakers/Presenters,
  • Committee Members, and
  • Attendees
who have paid their registration fee in full and who are not coming from countries embargoed by the U.S. Treasury Departmentís Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Visa letters will state only the following facts:
  • Workshop title, dates and location
  • That the requester has paid the required registration fee in full
  • If they are either a committee member, speaker, or presenter
The letters will be sent as an e-mail attachment to you. If you need the letters faxed, sent by regular, express or courier mail, please add up the respective fees of US $15, US $10, US $40 or US $100 to your registration. Write the address to which the mail has to be sent or the fax number. Please note that no more than three attempts will be made to fax a letter.
