The workshop proceedings will be published in the Springer's Lecture Notes in Computer Science Series (LNCS) (http://www.springer.com/lncs) and in the journal Mathematics for Applications (MA) (http://ma.fme.vutbr.cz) published by the Brno University of Technology. Since the capacity of the LNCS is limited, only some of the papers recommended by referees for publication may appear in LNCS. The other papers will be considered for publication in MA.

Prospective authors are invited to submit a paper on some of the workshop's topics or on closely related topics. The submitted work should contain only results that are not published and not included in other work considered for publication elsewhere. Thus, by submitting a paper, the author(s) warrant that neither this nor any other paper with essentially the same technical content has been published or submitted for publication anywhere else.

Papers will be reviewed thoroughly with an emphasis on their potential to contribute to the state of the art in the field. Each paper will receive at least three double-blind reviews ensuring maximal objectiveness. Selection criteria will include accuracy and originality of the ideas, mathematical depth, clarity and significance of the results, and presentation quality.

The notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail according to the announced date. The accepted papers should be revised according to the referees' comments and submitted in camera-ready form by the announced deadline together with all the source files, the used latex styles, a response to reviewers' comments and a signed copyright form. The final version should be prepared following strictly the requirements of LNCS or MA. The length of papers for LNCS should not exceed 12 pages. Extra pages will be charged at a rate of $100 per page. Color pages usually cannot be printed, but the on-line version of the paper will be in color.

A paper will be included in the proceedings only if at least one author registers by the early registration deadline and sends the workshop fee. This author takes the obligation to attend the workshop and present the paper.
